Mew (Japanese: ミュウ Mew) is a Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is still an unknown fact if Mew can evolve into another Pokémon or if it is an evolution of another Pokémon.

Mew is a pink, bipedal Pokémon with mammalian characteristics. It has a round, broad snout; triangular ears; and large, blue eyes. It has short arms with three-fingered legs and large hind legs with oval markings on the soles. Its tail is long and thin and has an egg-shaped tip. Its fur is so fine and thin that it can only be seen under a microscope. Mew is said to have the DNA of every Pokémon in his body, allowing Mew to learn and use any attack.

Mew is known to have the capacity to master any attack. Mew is the last Pokémon in the Kanto Pokédex all games before the release of Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!

Mew is a member of the Mew duo along with Mewtwo.
